Gave up on the shapeways screen mount @windows so yes it's back to cutting it by hand and fitting a plexiglass window, do you happen to know the size of the hole to cut for the screen with rounded ends on the hole in the enclosure and where to get small pieces of plexiglass?

18x5 for the window and you can get an A4 sheet of plexi glass on ebay or amazon.
