My uncle was really into his snakes when I was a nipper, I cannot remember what they all were apart from Gertrude a bloody great white,yellow python type thing. Was easily 9ft long and about as thick as a bog roll. Used to have a whole room with lamps trees logs and a shallow pool.
Room had a clear glass door on it.

I used to love watching them as a nipper then he got into spiders nonononononononononononono just no.
I tried to conquer my phobia many times, was OK with the big spiders he had tarantula type wasent happy buy you can see them coming lol.
It was the ones about 2-3 inch across with really long thin legs ewww just NO.

Not my thing,give me furry and cuddly creatures.Want to have a dog and a couple of rats if we ever leave this rent flat and have our house.Not sure this will ever happen.
