Er - nope. Simple fact - there are no genuine 18650s out there over 30Amps. If there were, they'd come from a company that could afford to develope them, someone like Sony, LG or Samsung. Have a read of the comments there - they're just taking the pi** out of the quoted ratings. A little warning here. A quick google for '18650 3000mah' images brings a lot of *******FIRE results, so being from china the chances are they are a rewrapped, dangerous ICR battery.

Holy crap you really think they could be rewrapped ICR batteries? I though maybe rewrapped LG's. Give these ones a wide berth whatever they are.

Rewraps yes, ICR very much doubt it, LG or Samsung if you are lucky. That is the prob with some companies not only do the use the pulse rating they often swap which battery is under the wrap so it is impossible to be sure, this includes EFest BTW.

Further investigation: From the crimp at the top they actually look like the same base cells as Imren rewrap. Imren also quote 40Amp, but this is the Peak current. This is a common trend these days, the battle of numbers to make profit. Imren in their bumpf also suggest a max continuous of 32Amp. We've been here before! You could get the cell Imren use, which is recommended to stay 20Amps or below. Or you could get a chinese roman candle. That's your gamble. 'd by VapingBad.

I know right that's why I don't own any effest or any from any other rewraping trading companies. I do suspect these Listman so called 40a are rewrapped LG HG2 which are actually cheaper than these to buy.. madness Best stick with Sony, LG, Samsung

The Black KeepPower 2500mAh - do we know which LG re-wraps they are ? Vaping Outlaws 18650 Xtreme marked as 2500mAh 3.6v 9.25Wh 40A as sold by UKeCS - look like they may be re-wraps as wrap is quite thick and I have seen reviewers using these Aspires - unbelieveable

I have a couple but should have saved a few £ getting Samsung branded 25R's, But they do have a sleek 'Black Wrapper' There are only a handful of 'legitimate' battery producers Sony, Samsung, LG...Panasonic.......Now Im struggling to think who I've missed out. So everything else is a re-wrap of batteries from these main producers. Edit Malwarebites doesnt like the chat part of that aspire web site 'Aspire has developed a new Solid Solution technology by mixing the high capacity characteristics of the Li-ion chemistry [cobalt based] cells, and high safety of the LiMn2O4 [manganese based] Lithium based batteries.' - See more at: www.aspirecig.com/products/MOD/mod206.html#sthash.Eyw9xttH.dpufYeh I can really see Aspire spending millions on developing new technology to build a battery that wont ever sell that many....NOT

I have about 12 of those KeepPower ones from ecoLuxe, would have saved myself a lot had I known, although they do appear to last a bit longer than my Sammys, I tend to use the KPs in my Series mods

I would stay well away from it. Yeh Rip told me the KeepPowers were 25R's after i had got mine...We know for next time Same as you I wanted 2X20A decent batteries to use as pair in my Osmium Mech.

Bob IIRC Samsung also use ICR in model numbers for non-ICR batteries, but they are an OEM and the number is just a part number to them.

Saturday Update: As always shout out if there's another you'd like to see included 26650s will be done this week, looking to publish the final next Saturday. Ripshot. Would you mind if i shared the document on a different forum ? I'd give you a good shout & full acknowledgement. I couldn't just share the list without asking you first & it's a really great list & very relevant all over the vape world. Perhaps i could even add your motive & reason for compiling the list. What do you think ?

It's not about me, i just like what you've done & better with your blessing than just splattering a banner around the web with no regard for its origin. I won't post it as a bible either, we all do what we do at our own risk. I can let you know when i've shared it.
