and I'm not even calorie counting padiho. Just using sparkpeople principles - drinking my water and a little exercise (kind of hard sometimes). I know SP (sparkpeople) is US but there's a lot of stuff you can get over here (none us). My snacks today so far have been a banana, and houmous and crispbread and don't forget breakfast!!!! You so can do this padiho

Well done padiho huge congratulations. Hm,I will suggest to join a local fitness club.A month ago I started exersize at home alone, doing Bob Harper's workouts(mind you the easier ones,20-30 min). You can search for his videos on youtube.Watch your calories intake, don't drink juice or any cola, fanta etc.Don't eat after 8 pm.Make sure you eat breakfast.Basicly have 4 meals a day,but don't go over the top, portion control. If you hungry inbetween eat some nuts or fruit.Oh and don't forget to drink a lot of water. Long story short a lost only 3,7 kg in a month(53kg at the moment) but my energy levels improved, sleep better and my goal is to tone up not to lose weight. Now this month sign up in a local fitness as I fed up working out alone. Is much more fun working out with other people+I push myself more and don't slack when something is hard. Good luck and pm me if interested I can send you links to Bob's workouts.

for 3 years. If you hate veggies get yourself 1 of them blenders and thick shake them up. My good lady used to take half a loaf in sarnies to work now just gets through the day on 1 of them thick shakes. Good luck with your future quest.

Big congrats on your third anniversary! As for losing weight........... Eat less, move about more ! Lol Seriously, I eat lots of smaller meals instead of sticking to set meal times, don't do the ' eat when you're hungry ' thing as you will tend to eat more. I also cut down on white bread and sugar in my tea, weight dropped off

well done on 3 years! For dieting I use www.myfitnesspal.com/ and their mobile app - its calorie counting but they have over 5 million foods in the database pretty much anything I put in it came up including all the supermarket own brands. I found it useful as I could just stick to eating what I normally would eat but just work the days meals around to get the reduction in calories, as I'm a bit of a snacker and struggle without a boiled sweet in the evening when watching telly so I even allowed myself a couple of werthers per day, you set your own weekly target and it works out your daily calorie allowance based on that (and your starting weight etc.)

padiho when I stopped playing rugby I weighed nigh on 19 stone with very little fat on me. Because I wasn't training 4 times a week the muscle turned to fat and although I only weighed 16 stone I was like a barrel of lard! Bought a little booklet giving calorie values of foods and planned my meals to 2000 calories a day. I lost 4 stone in 6 months and actually had trouble eating the amount of food. Quite a few years on I now weigh 13 and a bit stone and at 6ft 3ins tall that isn't too shabby. Congrats on the 3 years.
