If I've filled a carto with low strength say 8 mg nic, then top up with a higher strength say 20mg..
will the first few hits be 28mg?..:S.. how does the math work sort of thing to dilution ratio or am I making it too complicated..can't get my head around it..

You would be better mixing it before you put it into the carto otherwise it will depend how the juice has collected in the filler.
The most it would be is 20mg though, the rest would be a somewhere between 8mg and 20mg.

Not certain but think it depends on filling.
If you drip it in think that the first few vapes will be 8mg then you will go through some juice that has mixed and end with 20mg.
Condom method should mix it up pretty well but that would be at about 14mg if the liquid split is 50/50. 20mg + 8mg = 28mg/2 =14mg. Of course it won't be a 50/50 split so wouldn't really worry about it lol

I filled it with low but been topping up with the higher ones.. but for some reason my brain was struggling with the math..hmm (not supprising though was never any good at math)

Steve is right, the most it will be is 20mg But if it has mixed well, it will be lower.
