1st one, pretty common and available from some places, but not seen the recipe posted here
Green Astaire
10% Green Steam (T juice) 10% Red AStaire (T juice)
The second was the result of boredom one night and is even tastier
Fred's Dead
8% Red Astaire (T juice) 7% Jungle juice (chefs vapour) 7% Tigers Blood (Chefs vapour rebranded range)
Fruity Astaire mix. Tones down the menthol/eucalyptus from the astaire and adds a nice blend of fruit flavours.
Both have had good feedback from the Mrs and fellow vapers at vapemeets.

Black Astaire
20% Red Astaire
5% Inawera Blackcurrent
Adds a lot more fruit kick to classic Red - only way I've vaped mine for the past 12 months or so

Thatguy kindly sent me both of the above juices to try. I really enjoyed the Green Astaire.. So much so that I was kinda reluctant to give Fred's Dead a try.. I really shouldn't have worried, it's delicious! And a mix I would definately do!

Thank you for the feeback dagl . I honestly feel that the Fred's dead mix has a lot to offer people who want an astaire mix that isn't as intense in a menthol/eucalyptus way while offering a pleasant fruity tone to the flavour. I've tried a plethora of Astaire type mixes, yet find this one unique and very satisfying.

This reminds me I made up a Pink Astaire:
8% Red Astaire 12% CCW White Chocolate
It's been steeping for 5 months, I'll have to give it a try.

I'm not a great fan of Red Astaire on its own but I can vouch for the Fred's Dead recipe after your missus kindly sent me some thatguy It's lovely. Prefer the added fruitiness and like you say it does tone down the eucalyptus and menthol which is what I find a bit overbearing in the standalone I think. Good work

Been slipping some blackcurrant into RA for ages now, it really is quite nice. Also tried the Green Steam mix well over a year ago now too, I do recall it was lovely, but haven't mixed any more up recently as I ran out of GS.
Will have to try the Fred's Dead though. But I do like the kick from the RA, that's what keeps me coming back I guess.

Which blackcurrant concentrate do you use xs2man? Only tried a couple of blackcurrants and they were premixed but both had a smell of sweaty socks after exhaling... I really like the taste of blackcurrant but this has put me off as you might expect, lol
