This ticket is going really well....... When dealing with people whose first language is not english it's probably best to avoid sarcasm, irony and word play as it simply does not translate. For example:
"You can hope as much as you want but I'm neither understanding nor appreciating. Thank you."translates as "只要你想,你可以期望很多,但我既不理解,也不升值。谢谢。"which translates as "As long as you want, you can expect a lot, but I neither understand nor appreciate. THX."See? You'll resolve your issue much quicker if you stick to plain and simple language.

Yea but it keeps me amused, I know I'm getting nowhere and can't be arsed sending It back, might as well keep the ticket open for as long as possible, every time I pop there to buy something I reply. If they close I'll raise another for non delivery, they won't even notice, just cut and paste reply.........just getting my monies worth......! My line of work with good clients you ask no questions and take the hit, fastech don't seem to grasp that business practice, focal do and get more of my money now days.

You've had a more satisfactory result than my problem with them. My Cloupor Mini became faulty after 3 weeks, they asked for a video of the problem which I duly sent them showing the problem. They then came back to me and told me to send the item back to them. When I found out that the cost of sending the item back via economy post would be more than 23 euros (bearing in mind the item only cost approx 25 euros in the first place) I informed FT it would not be cost effective to send it back to them. Result = they offered me a 5 dollar refund Oh well, some peeps win whilst others lose Just as a matter of interest, why are the postage costs so high? It would be about a fiver from here. All I know is that it goes on weight and the weight of the Cloupor Mini is quite heavy so that's the fee they charge for it. I can't argue with the Post Office charges can I Maybe it's because it has to go from the island to mainland Spain first, just a theory. I checked it out on the Spanish postal website as well, put in the weight and it calculated more than 23 euros for economy post When I first moved over here around 15 years ago everything was as cheap as dirt, not so now, the only things that have remained cheap are the fags & booze, everything else has shot up sky high
