Long story short i had a problem with a chalice 3 clone one pole the one which is isolated from the juice cup, sat below the juice cup meaning any coil would be shorted as soon as secured, i took a few days to puzzle over it, and ended taking a photo and raising a support ticket with fasttech, they responded straight away asking if i wanted the replacement base to be sent out asap or bundled in my next order cant ask for more than that, call me satisfied pending the replacement being ok hehe..

You've had a more satisfactory result than my problem with them. My Cloupor Mini became faulty after 3 weeks, they asked for a video of the problem which I duly sent them showing the problem. They then came back to me and told me to send the item back to them. When I found out that the cost of sending the item back via economy post would be more than 23 euros (bearing in mind the item only cost approx 25 euros in the first place) I informed FT it would not be cost effective to send it back to them. Result = they offered me a 5 dollar refund Oh well, some peeps win whilst others lose

Its just the inconvenience of it all for the sake of some quality control. But I suppose its cheaper to pay the return post on the odd item than pay some 1 to check every item before dispatch.

They told me I'd only get half the postage costs back for the Cloupor Mini, so in the end I would have bought the item 1 and a half times. Instead I ordered a Pioneer4You iPV Mini V2 at twice the cost of the Cloupor Mini - hmm something didn't quite work out right there

My return post was only £2.20 and the board was £7.50 if it had been less than a £5 I probably wouldnt have bothered. The odd thing was I posted it in January and never heard anything back from them. Out of curiosity I emailed them 4 months later to see whether it had arrived expecting them to say no but they said yes & were waiting for me to tell them what to do next. I wouldve thought when it arrived 3 months earlier they might have asked that question.

Actually the Spanish probably would have done the same as the Chinese, except the Spanish would have lost it after a month and then there'd be no chance of anything being done

Actually the Spanish probably would have done the same as the Chinese, except the Spanish would have lost it after a month and then there'd be no chance of anything being done I just had to return something to a Spanish vendor, FT are easier, half the time they don't want the faulty bit back, but if they do you get a gift cert for the postage cost before it even arrives with them. But for non-delivery FT want a massive amount of time before giving a refund, 2 Octobers ago the shipping agent who was also the bosses boy friend messed up a massive amount of parcels, IIRC about a weeks worth, it was a huge deal and one of the support staff walked out over the lies that he/she claimed were told to customers, support threads were getting deleted and it was talked about on vaping youtube channels. They eventually admitted whole batches between date x & y were in the twilight zone and as a special concession would refund if you didn't receive it in 80 days IIRC, I had 3 affected deliveries and had to wait the full time days, one was the day before x. I also put in a PayPal claim as it would go past the PP dispute deadline and PP ruled in FTs favour as they had proof of postage, but FT did give me a refund in the end, so better service than the Vape Mesh Co IMO.

Sounds like a right 'ol nightmare, you must have been over all that. The Spanish are really bad for after-care service, terrible, well at least the Canarians are that's for sure. Many a time I've had arguments with the managers of shops when an item has been faulty and they refuse to change it. We also don't get credit notes over here for faulty goods so that we can spend them on something we want at a later date. Most of the time they will just shrug their shoulders and walk away, frustrating to say the least. You have to really go to town on them in front of other customers to get any sort of a result. I caused a right 'ol stink in one shop several years ago, embarrassed the guy that was with me to the extent that he was apologising to the manager, much to my disgust Oh yeah, you want a laugh, listen to this, we bought a leather 3 seater & 2 seater settee 3 years back. The leather on the middle section of the 3 seater completely cracked after a few weeks so after much complaining, shouting and kicking up another stink they came to the house and literally took the middle section away leaving a gaping hole. Do you know, we NEVER EVER got that middle section back One year on from that scenario the shop went bust - I wonder why maybe something to do with us spreading our story about

When I found out that the cost of sending the item back via economy post would be more than 23 euros (bearing in mind the item only cost approx 25 euros in the first place) I informed FT it would not be cost effective to send it back to them I bought a power supply from them that was DOA. They asked me to post it back. I can't remember how much it was – £7-£10 I think - but they asked me to photograph and email the receipt, they then refunded my account. I thought that it was crazy as the power supply itself was only £12! Another time I'd ordered some hybrid adapters but they sent the wrong thread gauge. They only cost £1.21 and FT sent me the correct item straight away and told me I could keep the others. I subsequently unknowingly bought a mod with the same gauge, so it was a happy ending. These are the only times I've had a problem with FT and in each case they acted honourably and did the right thing. If you can penetrate the sometimes surreal tone and abstract spelling of their auto translated emails you'll find their cutomer service is pretty good.
