Picked up my new shark dna30 from the post office today was so excited as I've been after one for a long time but they have been just too expensive (for me) anyway Redjuice had an offer on that I couldn't resist especially when pished on holiday in sunny Tenerife (sorry for the confusion toots ). Anyway unwrapped it and it was completely dead, soooo disappointed, tried all the button combinations, nothing, so I got home and emailed the vendor and put it on charge, after about an hour it has come to life so the battery must have been completely flat which I'm not used to as batteries/devices usually come charged and my understanding is that the batteries do not like being sat discharged. Is it likely that the battery will be compromised or is it a case of suck it and see and has anyone any experience of changing the battery in one if by chance it gets outside the warranty period then dies. Also anyone know where to get skins for the DNA30 from or is fleabay my best bet?

My solara with the dna 30 chip also arrived with no charge, so far no problems since intial recharge Works absolutely perfectly smarties, not sure with your device but beyond vape do a battery replacement on the solara, so it must be feasible, Did you have a good time in los cristianos, glad I managed to leave some alcohol for you lol

Ahh it just bothered me a bit cos they've all come charged before, I'll see how it goes then, dinky little device.
Went to Costa Edeje as we heard there was a bit of a beer shortage in Christianos lol, had a fantastic time me and the Mrs decided to go out for "half an hour" on the first day, ended out all day with no sun screen, strangely the beer jacket does not offer any UV protection!! That set the scene for the holiday we really like Adeje it's a bit quieter than Las Americas and cheaper than Christianos, a pint is 1 euro up to 6 oclock when it goes up to 1.5 in a lot of bars....well it would have been rude not to test all the bars wouldn't it.

I thought beer was at least factor 20 lol, your problem was drinking it, mind you at one euro a go I wouldnt mind throwing over myself to cool down

It felt like factor 20 while we were out unfortunately not the next day, the Mrs peeled that much I'm sure she left a full skin in the bath like snakes do, that'll scare the cleaner.

Thats the 1. There the same small batteries used in most devices rewrapped as turngiy which is the hobby craft brand. I bought about 10 of em to make em worth while buying as the minimum postage is about a fiver.

Not sure if you're interested but they are giving away the wireless card and base station too, heavily discounted

Thats ok smarties - I did do a double take though when I thought you meant you'd ordered it in Tenerife. Vape shops here do not cater for the 'advanced/experienced' vaper Just a couple of weeks ago I walked into one of our vape shops with my little istick 20 and the woman behind the counter wondered what it was, she'd never seen a box mod before that's how good our shops are
