So I have my luvverly silver bullet - been using it with a DCT tank while waiting for the group buy to come in. But the tank as with all carto's (I've found) mutes the flavour somewhat. I was waiting for my 3.5ml XXXL Giant Clearomizers to arrive - www.healthcabin.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1076_1089&products_id=7798They arrive but if I use them on the SB I repeatedly get a burning taste to the vape but on the SD MkII or the Riva - never a bad vape. It's so not fair and I'm rather peeved. I love the SB. I love the XXXXLs - so faff free, clean taste, a super sized smokeymizer (I love them too!) but the two just don't seem to be compatible. I'm using the 2.3-2.5ohm ones - would the 2.8-3.00ohms be better on the SB? NOt that I have any of them. So I'm back to using the SD and the riva - which means I'm back to ugly connections between battery and clearo - part of the reason I went for an SB. I know you can get thread covers but they're all blinking silver but the riva is black and gold - doesn't match will look odd. I know pathetic isn't it. Anyway needed to vent, have done now but actually not feeling much better about it >

Oh how frustrating for you. I must be pathetic too cos I like my kit to match, I didn't realise you could get thread covers so thanks for that. I have giantomisers and said to my hubby I wondered if I could get something to cover the threads as it looks, well odd. I am afraid I do not have any knowledge about what works on the SB but I am sure one of the others will be able to advise you

Thanks for the empathy tinks, nice to know someone understands. I've just found these on HC www.healthcabin.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1094_1101&products_id=7937 designed for the XXXL and there's a black one BUT you can guarantee it won't match the riva black I'm wondering whether a 510-510 adaptor on the SB would help reduce the power a bit and prevent the burny taste? Any experts know? Although then I'd be back to the gappy bit between the battery and clearo but if I use a 510-ego I could get the silver adaptor and cover the gap so its same size as the clearo - wouldn't look as bad. If only I cared this much about my clothes fashion

Send me a message with your address if you want them.

do you think it could be the draw that is effecting the XXXXL's with your silver bullet ...it would be worth trying an adapter to see if the draw is changed by it

Des, that's a lovely offer but before I get carried away are you sure we're talking about the same thing? Do you mean the regular cones you get with ego/riva to cover the atomiser that can be modded slightly to fit over a CE2/CE3? If so they won't work on the XXXL that I have as that is far wider than a CE2/CE3 - in fact its slightly wider than the outer threads of an ego/riva - probably double the size of a CE2 if not more.

Now just got to sort the asthetics out.
