BatteryBro put it quite simply themselves - or rather Samsung SDI do:

Samsung SDI guarantees that the performance of the 25R2 with blue PVC and 25R5 with green PVC are totally same.

Why are BB making such a big thing of this?????

The only stated benefit is (marginally and barely perceptible) extended cycle life.

A reader has pointed out that there is no way protactinium could be in the battery. This makes sense to me, but also it means I have no clue what PA77 might refer to.

Bottom-line: I don’t know what PA77 is.

BB don't know what it is, but they do know they're better. Bear in mind BB have come out with some right carp before now to sell stuff.

I'll be looking into this further.
