Update on last nights blip ... things appear to be stable

We use an anti fraud service (3rd party site) that appeared to be down last night, so things kept timing out, which returned the errors. That system appears to be okay today, but we're revising our code so that if it fails, it doesn't stop the ability to process a transaction.

No, I don't mean for today, it was just a general question. it's free delivery with the samples so that's fine it was just if I like them it seemed a bit daft to be paying for delivery when I could bob down. But if that's not an option that's fine. cheers

Hi kermitthefog ... if you call the office in the future to arrange a time to call round and pick up that is fine.  We don't have a specific sales counter but arranging in advance to ensure someone is there to meet you is perfectly fine

If you like them, most of these (premium liquid excepting) are available in concentrate form as well

Hi Scaffman - sorry, the reason you got charged postage was because this offer is limited to one pack per customer... you may have overlooked that on the original post

So basically, we have a free shipping option that ONLY appears when there's exactly £3 ordered. That's why the shipping was charged on top. We'll have to refund you I'm afraid - if everyone does that we'll burn through the rest of our stock in no time at all and we wanted as many people to benefit as possible.

Guys and Gals, thanks to all who have ordered. We really hope you enjoy our liquids and we hope to hear your thoughts on them (on the forum or otherwise) in good time.

We have been literally overwhelmed by the interest, and have sold out of our stock just 24 hours after launching the offer. So we're manufacturing again next week and from now on all of our samples will be available at 6mg. We're not sure whether to go 30-70 or stay 50-50? Opinions would be welcome.

That was fab, less than 12 hours for delivery from ordering. Order placed at 7.50 this morning and a chap just pulled up and stuck it through my door here's hoping I like the juice cos that was great service
