I have just got a Lenovo ideapad K1 . Just wondering if anyone can advise why the browser keeps crashing and asking for a forced close ? Do I need to update any files ?

The consensus seems to be to get Firefox or Dolphin HD browser..
Several people have reported lesser or no crashes with the stock browser after an update..

Just installed dolphin . We will see how it performs. Still trying to work out how to open in new tab

I've got a WeTab with Win7-AndroidX86 & Wetab OS based on Meego triple boot...Paid £180 for it and spent £13.00 and upgraded the RAM to 2GB just to keep Win7 happy another £18.00 for a 32 GB SDHC card and another £15.00 for a bluetooth mini-keyboard.
It's got 3G & GPS, 2 x regular USB ports, a 1366 x 768 screen along with a hardware based HD decoder with mini HDMI out and it's brilliant for connecting to the telly and watching all those lovely HD streams on tinternet.
I would highly recommend it for anyone who has the aptitude to tinker with computers and make the tablet do things that the manufacturer did not intend them to do.
I don't like the iPad for precisely above reason. I don't want to buy something for £400.00 odd and then for Apple to dictate what I can or can't do with it..I understand that the iPad is a brilliant device and works well for most, but it's not for me.
