Texas : when ANTZ attack

Most of you probably know about the SB97 legislation Texas recently passed and the governor signed which includes egregious requirements for online sales and shipping of eJuice and vaping hardware.
As a result, I've been faced with the decision of uprooting our family of 5 and moving out of state, or closing the online side and limit the business to local in store customers.
I have 3 children in school and the idea of moving them hundreds of miles away from their family and friends is painful. My wife is upset, we haven't told the kids, but we've decided to do this.
We don't have much time. School starts in a couple of months and we have to choose a community, acquire residential and retail space, and get moved in just a couple of months. It's going to be a difficult trying time for the company and my family.
At present the plan is to move to Colorado. Specifically we are looking at Gunnison and Salida.
We need to find residential and retail space. If we could find something that's combined residential/retail for example a 5,000 sq. ft. building in a historic downtown with loft living space upstairs, that would be ideal, but separate spaces is fine. On the retail space it needs to be on a major highway with visible signage. On the residential ideally we would like 4 bedrooms with 1,500+ sq. ft.
If you are in Gunnison, Salida, or other beautiful Colorado town that needs a vape shop please keep your eyes peeled for retail or residential rental property and post in the comments.

EDIT: Just to be clear in case there are any locals on here, the Canton TX location will remain intact. I am leaving the store in the hands of our capable employees to go open a second one which will handle the online fulfillment.
I don't know at this point, based on my reading of the law, whether I will have to move or transfer the corporation. Any advice on that would be appreciated but I will probably ask about it in /r/legal or other sub.
