GfxUi ?

I keep getting this message every time before I can select a web site, message says 'click here for Win to find a solution' which I do then it gives me access, but I have to do this every day?

I have downloaded Graphics and driver, double clicked install exe and run ( info given to me on MSE tech site)

This did not solve the problem, it is so annoying GRRRRRR.
