I did too requesting to exchange for the Sigelei 150w TC and to pay the difference.

IPV D2 orders that want to be cancelled or changed for something else have now been replied to. If you requested a change for something more expensive please check your emails for the invoice to pay the difference. And apologies again over this whole D2 issue.

Having just become aware of this lack of step down issue, I have emailed you KOV to cancel my order (#2037). I realize that you yourself were not aware of this problem until recently but I'm afraid it is a deal breaker for me ... sorry.
