A 0.05Ohm resolution is nothing out of the ordinary. Even kanthal resistance will rise slightly when heated. The mod may say 1.35 for a 1.37Ohm coil. If the coil rises to 1.38 or higher the reading will jump to 1.40. Important thing: how does it vape? It vapes absolutely fine. Stunning little mod too. Just to add. It doesn't just go up. When I press the fire button it also drops resistance too. 1.35 to say 1.29 then next press up to 1.42 etc etc

Poor 510s do cause a lot of the problems with temp limiting and I think that was part of the reason I didn't like the SX Miini, a lot of people have moved away from Fat Daddy to Varitubes for the better spring (and size), you should be able to find a stringer spring yourself if you really like FD connectors. The DNA200 beta they made their own 510 with a very strong spring and released the design as open source so hopefully someone will start making and selling them.

According to the specs it has a spring loaded 510 and ss threads. So should, in theory be fine.
But I've tried every tank I own and two drippers and they all jump about ohms wise.
I realise it's not a massive jump but I'm not confident it won't turn into a bigger problem and I'm not entirely sure it should be doing it at all.
Have emailed innokin anyway. as I said, surely they'll be able to tell me if it's something the mod does or if it's not supposed to do that.
The voltage output also changes with each press of the fire button. I have it set to wattage mode and as with the smok m80 voltage reads 0.0 until you press the fire button. Then it shows under the ohms. On the m80 it remains the same unless I change the wattage. On the coolfire it changes each time o press the fire button. I assume because it's reading the ohms differently each time.
