Like to give a big thumbs up to pure mist. I ordered a vision spinner II battery on the 17/6 and was shipped the same day. After about a weeks worth of use, the power button started to stick if used on the bottom half. Top half was fine but I was concerned about power going to the coil etc and given it was less than a week old this didn't feel right.
Emailed them purely ask about options and got a same day reply with a pre-paid page to print out and send it back and lots of apologies.
Turnaround time for the replacement was great which I am now using with no issues at all.
Just wanted to highlight their great service as some of this stuff is a bit hit and miss and it's great to find a company that just seem to want to do the right thing.
Will use again and wanted to recommend them to anyone who may be looking to change suppler or try them for the first time.
