Ok all, I've had it done, hated it, swore quite a bit and wasn't a very friendly man ! . Results are... It is enlarged but still OK. Back in 6 mths for a follow up.

Feeling violated but I'll get over it. Oh and those people who say men have a G-Spot around that area. LIES ! Or I'm not crafted that way

At least the colon is quite wide. Imagine a camera, cameraman, sound man, lighting man & a teal lady going down the other much smaller channel the other side. Eyes watered to put it very mildly..
