I don't like the sound of it getting "hot" from "a few drags" at 60 W TBH, but as DiscoDes said warm is normally OK. Is the atty getting very hot and that heat conducting to the body, I get this with my aluminium body mods when the tank is low and it is nothing to worry about, try unscrewing the atty one turn and see if that reduces the heat in the body. When it is getting hot which area is hottest that batteries, the atty, the area where the board is. I will try unscrewing thr atty when it gets warm it's the sides first and it's both sides that's why I was drawn to the battery as both sides come of the sig75 Unscrew a little to see if it stops it getting as warm, not after it has, if that is the case then it is just the atty getting hot.

I've only had my Sig 75w since yesterday nick777, and this probably won't be much help, but, I have used it non stop in normal power mode with a o.8 ohm coil at 21 watts using a Sammy 25r and have had no issues with the battery or mod heating. About 2 hours ago I swapped out the battery and its now running a 30a AWT and is still fine, no issues. I understand that it's not anywhere near the wattage you are vaping at but might help if anyone else feels they may have a problem.
