Just wondered if anyone has had a go at dismantling one of these ? Yeah I've stripped one down it's not that hard you will need some very small Allen keys and torx bits . Be very careful of the wires that connects the main board to the charging board they are very weak

Thanks jim750. Do you need to remove the surround for the fire button to slide the top off or does it come off after the small screws are removed. Need to get the top off, it looks like a bad earth on the 510 causing the ohms to jump all over the place.

If you just need to get at the 510 you should be able to get at it by just taking the top cap off. If you want to take it all out take both end caps off take the charging board off the bottom cap then to remove the fire button and surround flick it out from underneath be careful there is a little piece of rubber between the switch and button . Then you should be able to slide it all out
