I'm a bit biased but the Sigelei 75w is a great little mod, although you will need to factor in some decent batteries and a charger, but those can then be used in many different mods. The Sig 75 is fantastic piece of kit, and has TC if you fancy dabbling in that at some point in the future too!

I'd agree with earlier statements. Best to go for 50 or 75 watt. The price increase in most cases isn't much difference. Compared to their 30 watt conterpart. This will allow you should you decide, to go below .5/.4 ohms.
