kayfun leaks

Could somebody please explain why some of my kayfuns leak from the bottom of the base of the tank, have looked at the wicking airflow etc and cannot see any difference between the ones that are leak free and the leaky little buggers, any help/assistance would be greatly appreciated, dont want juice getting into my mods

Prime candidate is the o-ring that seals the chimney to the top of the tank. If that fails or isn't seated properly then it will result in pressure loss and floods of biblical proportions

mine dont leek half as much that way

i put 2 layers of ptfe tape across the top hole of the base then press the top insulator in as this seals around the inulator as they are a slack fit!!!!
