I certainly hope so Robby . . . not only have they been the source of much upset on here. The consequential work in sorting refunds on failed Pre-Orders and the damage done to Gearbest's reputation would you'd think make the company think again about offering such deals.

It's a great pity when there are some very satisfied GB customers out there who have experienced no issues whatsoever with their purchases.

yeah the segiel 150w is now showing as arrival notice they said in about 5 days but then they said they could could cover the 150 odd pre orders in the the first batch looks like it was only 50 !so at that rate itd be a month lol ! but to fair i complained 6oclock this morning and the money was back in paypal by about 10 oclock so cant fault them with that ! they just need to be a bit more realistic with what they can deliver...anyway Kingz of vapour has my money now ok so £5 dearer but in uk and they got some ...checked by email first

Yeah it's because they use direct debit to get the money from your bank and need to wait for it to clear before releasing it back to you.

I thought that funds cleared super quick (within hours) these days?

It probably does, it's just the bullshit excuse they use to hold onto your money for a few more days.

thanks for the speedy refund isabel22 ..the problem was when i inquired how many units where coming in on the first delivery as there was more than 130 preorders ,i was told that all preorders would be fulfilled, so i ordered expecting delivery on the first batch ..which didn't happen...so lack of communication on your side i think,however i do praise your for the speed of the the refund especial in the circumstances im in at the moment and for that i thank you ..right just waiting on the Goliathv2 tank i ordered off you ...should be with me sortly hopefully thanks russ
