 Cheers chykensa i`ll give that a go! i`ve never had a tank which tastes like this before! and i`ve had alot of tanks  and still have so the wife keeps telling me! I think she`s trying to tell me something?

Don't bin it mate strip it down and leave it soaking in vinegar over night then give it a good wash and try it again.

Run it through an ultrasonic cleaner a few times or use some Milton sterilising fluid.

Doing the the denture tablet first then milton sterilising fluid, if that don't work got some cleaner i use to clean my homebrew kegs with! Its safe!

Ah, lush, that would be my other go-to, didn't realise you had it, Sodium Metabisulphite cleaner would really shift it! Between all those options, you ought to be able to clean it, and as I said before one tank of your juice and the taste should disappear!

Fired the Aromamizer up this morning!Hell fire that's better! so thank`s chykensa for reminding me how to clean Attys properly and sorry thebishman its a keeper

Careful of Milton. I bought a used Aromamizer that had only been cleaned using it. Aside from actually still being dirty, it had pits in the stainless. I'm a brewer too. Have to look after lots of stainless. We brewers should know that cleaning and sanitising are two different things. Any chlorine based sanitiser will react with stainless with long enough exposure.

I use OxyWizz. A Sodium Percarbonate based cleaner from the pound shop. Same as Vanish without the perfume. This will eat away at organic grunge, but leave the stainless, and your o rings, intact...

Didn`t use the Milton after all!thinking along the same lines there domejunky didn`t want to sanitize it! used something like OxyWizz done the trick!
