BTW on this attty if you are using < 0.25 mm wire even in twisted it is a good idea to grind down the lip on the connection holes as some, not all of them, can cut the strands, it is very easy with a diamond burr in a Dremel. I also flatten the ends of the grub screws a bit, but I do that for all atties with through hole connections.

Aromamizer V2 arrived from FT (middle one), the V1 decks & base fit perfectly and FT sell the V2 decks for less. It is very handy to have some extra build decks for testing different builds.

Loving my V2's and the V1. Only thing missing is top fill but a small price to pay for a great RDTA.

I quite like the way they fill marksixysix, it is quick, I just turn the mod upside down and unscrew the tank leaving the base on the mod, also gives me an opportunity to wipe out the chamber.

I don't mind bottom fill either and had quite a few in the past. Think we are spoilt with top filling these days as my Apex tanks take 5 seconds to fill.
It is a good thing though to see the condition of the coils and wick though while it's open

VapingBad, is that a metal air control band on your V2 in the middle of your picture?
I was thinking of making something up like that with a thin rubber back but would be nice to be able to buy them on their own if they are being made

They don't come off marksixysix , I haven't really tried hard to get it off and guessing they put them on hot as it didn't look like the middle section splits. Though not sure as they feel like they run on an o ring and maybe it just needs a lot of force. A friend permanently adjusted his air holes with clear silicon.

That's what I am wondering that they would be a pain to fit and remove.
I was thinking of a ring with a similar shape/size to yours. Kind of like a Jubilee clip without the screw lol.
Have a small gap in the ring so it could slide over just enough then  sit in the recess on the tank.

Then thin bit of rubber or material inside the ring to seal the holes you want closed so it does not whistle like a recorder lol.

Probably too much hassle for me to be bothering with but think the silicone ring spoils the look and it can move about a bit. Still only niggles and I still like the airflow wide open anyway, but think there's a bit more flavor with 2 holes closed off.

Actually, I could probably get some silver/black foil tape and cut to size to stick on and just poke through a couple of the holes to get the same result

Foil tape where the af ring goes would probably look OK marksixysix, I have used beer can to make airflow control rings that sit inside genny top caps but that wouldn't work here. You could stuff ss mesh in the inlets, or roll beer can an out a bit in each inlet.

It's more cosmetic than anything and not a fan of the black AF band if I only want 2 holes open.
Was a good move them making the metal AF rings on the newer V2's. Mine are the LE tanks with both size top caps so came with the usual silicone AF rings.

marksixysix looks like Aromamizer upgrade centre sections will be available, IDK if they are from Steam Crave the colour looks a little off.
