The thing is it leaves the customer wide open, and with no recourse as i nearly found out with the Sx350 M Class I bought in the UK. The vendor had undercut the MRP by £10, and when the paint started flaking off after 4 wks the first thing yihi asked for was a photo of the original receipt, what muggings here hadn't thought about was they would pounce on the price I paid, and were quite adamant they would not replace it. I pointed out that surely they could not hold the customer responsible and I would be stating my case on a few forums, they had a change of heart overnight as I received a response from Yihi saying in this case they would honour the warranty as it was not the customers fault, unit then replaced within 2 days, and no issues since.

I think the best thing we can do is not buy products made by that manufacturer, if enough people did it they'd soon notice what they're doing is wrong.

Yep agree, vapecige can kiss my arse now, plenty of other choice out there....just jumping on the we are using the newest chip bandwagon..discount, my arse , they won't be able to give them away in 6 months...
