E-grip..................

I think im just going to re order the correct CL bases from 3fvape now they actually have them pictured correctly and quibble over a credit note or something later on.

I contacted Joyetech uk to see when they will be having the cl bases and they said 'Unfortunately we do not have any plans to stock this item on our website as we are not going to supply the CL version of the eGrip device.'

As I understand it dave , if you've paid for & received the wrong bases, they will send out the correct ones to you, once you've e-mailed the service department with your order number (the order number for the wrong bases you received)

I'm 100% convinced now that the wrong stickers were put on the boxes & obviously, as they get orders, they don't look inside the box to check the contents, they just go by the number on the box sticker. I have messaged Ella & e-mailed their service department again, pointing this out to them & asking that they check the right sticker is on the boxes & that the contents are correct, before posting them out & that, if they don't, they'll end up posting the wrong ones again. Waiting for a reply. I've been on the case for most of the day, so hopefully it will be sorted.

I've had an e-mail saying that they've posted out the correct ones to me this afternoon, but that was before I e-mailed them about the sticker malarky, so it's more than possible that they'll be the wrong ones again.

Thanks for posting that phtumshk,that saves me waiting for ever on them getting them in.Ill just order from that link blakey posted.I cant understand how a Joyetech site has no intention of stocking them,its crazy.Saying that when the Oled E-Grip,s came out,they told me they had no plans to stock them,as they were happy with the Original,s,but they still got the Oled.s in.

Reply to my e-mail, regarding the sticker mix up..............I was right...............



Dear Chris,

My colleague made a mistake. The sticker 5217 is CL bases, but they sent you a CS bases (5528). I have reflected the problem to avoid the same problem happens again.

It's the weekend now and the correct CL base will be sent to you next week.

Hi Ella,i placed an Order with you.Order TEWKKNGZZ...Raymond Strachan.Could you make sure that I get the CL Bases(5217) sent,that I ordered.And there is not a mix up,like the other Lads on this Thread got,with getting the wrong Bases sent.

Just had an e-mail from 3fvape customer services and it now appears that they are not allowed by Joyetech to send the CL bases to the UK, so the only option is a refund or store credit

I guess they didn't tell Ella that!
