My Koopor arrived this morning, and it is a really nice little mod, not much bigger than an iStick and a lot easier on the hand than the Xcube.
TC seems to work well, and it feels solid as a rock

Can the Koopor be charged via usb?

What's the battery life like?

TC works really well

I was working away on my PC last night and vaping to concentrate on what I was doing, I was then aware of lack of vapour from the Koopor, put it down & grabbed the next mod. Without thinking I grabbed the Koopor again and had a toke.. NOTHING, check to see if it had powered off, NO, checked temp setting, OK and thought to myself "less than a day, poxy thing" it was only then I noticed that the tank was BONE DRY


Not once was there a hint of a dry hit, I was still getting a little flavour and I must have given it a good 8 attempts, WELL IMPRESSED

Pity as I don't have a battery charger so need to be able to charge via usb.

I know the M80 (a great mod otherwise!) was a massive feck up, but doesn't TC work ok on the X Cube 2? Or have I missed one of their mods that was meant to have the feature?

There are 3 settings that you can change on the Xcube2 that make it work even if it doesn't.

1. Coefficient setting for nickel - (changed mine from 0.00600 to 0.00641
2. How the initial power is delivered (MIN, SOFT, NORMAL, HARD, MAX) - Mine set to HARD (faster ramp up time)
3. Initial resistance - this is the best one......

Completely changes how it vapes. My coil reads at 0.12......but I've set this to read as 0.14 so the coil gets a bit more power than normal (warmer vape).
If this setting was on all TC mods......they could all be made to 'work'

My Xcube has got better with age, it now works pretty well without the need to keep taking the atty off, firing it, putting the atty back on again.
It has settled down, the Koopor on the other hand, although it has less adjustable parameters, seems to work fairly close to the Xcube on it's better days

And the strange thing is... my M80 has started controlling the temp (sort of) on Kanthal, I set the temp I want, then ramp the watts high, and it does the rest and is a MUCH better vape than it used to be

M80 temp as always worked on Kanthal with firmware up date version 6, have proved this in my local tape shop with a with a wotofo freak show on the M80 and let the juice run out no burnt cotton or dry hit.

It wont fire low enough for Ni200, it's a very underrated mod, I dont like the styling but it works very well
