What a knob, Turned the discussion about ecigs on prescription into a rant against people who receive benefits Good old unbiased reporting lol Never expect a debate/discussion about vaping to be rational. It's like religion, you either believe, or you don't. Dedicated smokers are against it, non-smokers (who think it is exactly the same as smoking) are against it, politicians are generally against it (they get a lot of cash from Big Tobacco and Big Pharma who both want it abolished). So get back under your stone!!!

I myself do not think e cigs on prescription is a good idea MRS SLEEPY, it will be a vehicle for the large pharmaceutical companies to try and control the market, but at least the report out today put a more positive spin on vaping,

Yes I agree . But it puts a few more worry's on us. Don't you agree? The harm will come if it is decided that all vaping equipment requires a pharmaceutical licence, if a product was introduced to be used exclusively by gps as a smoking cessation aid alongside gum and patches it would be preferable to everything vape related being put under the same banner, but time will tell if this is the case,

If it goes on prescription, it will become a classified drug. Then, buying the means to administer that "drug" becomes an offence. I see this in a pessismistic eye.

Could go from us too. Its a good side to say its 95% safer . But things are on the thin blue line at this moment.

Think today was a minor victory for vapers, just by having some positive comments about e cigs MRS SLEEPYBut the ultimate objective in my opinion is for everything to become regulated, which would be a disaster, and would drive what we call vaping underground

Lets just hope that they are only interested in the cigalike market MRS SLEEPY, but who knows, try not to get too concerned about it yet, we have enough to worry about with the tpd

If you can afford fags, you can afford e-cigs, simple really, no need to further burden the NHS.

The report about the health benefits of vaping is a good thing but I'm not sure about e cigs being a prescribed cessation device is. It puts too much control in the hands of our excuse for a government and if they only prescribe cigalikes I think the success rate would be very poor. I know I certainly wouldn't have stayed off the fags with a cigalike.
