I decided it was about time to get a new RTA, I have been using my kayfuns since I started vaping and after trying others I really only got on with them.
I saw the gobiln mini which looks pretty good and has good reviews so I ordered one, it should be here in a day or so. Are there any tips I should know before putting a build in it? I plan to put a 0.8 ish build in it.
Any pointers in the right direction would be great.

Just make sure your wick goes right down the juice channels, ginge7289When you screw your chimney down a little bit of wicking showing at the bottom is ideal, at least it has been for me, its a bit trial and error, but once you get it right its a nice atty

Some say lay it on the deck and don't cover the juice holes and some say place then in there. The last thing I want to do is have juice leaking out the air holes into the 510. I may have to play with it on a mech till I get it right? Juice inside a regulated box mod won't go well.

Definitely do not cover the airflow holes on the base, these are completely open ginge7289If any juice gets into there the only way its going is into your mod Mine pured out until I ran the wicking down the channels and threaded the chimney over them The goblin doesn't like being left on its side either Hope this helps

glen do you have a pic of the build you have in there? Sorry I haven't, once its empty I'll post up a couple of pictures, I'm using a single coil with the adapter that comes with it But for certain there is no wicking anywhere near the airflow holes

Yeah, thats cool I understand. Just to clarify, I meant Juice in the wicking channels not over the airflow. From everything I have read this seems to be a top flavour atty as long as you wick it right. If people are using this without it leaking then they are the best people to ask as they have it set right up in my eyes.

When I wicked it I let the cotton go right down the wicking channels, screwed on the chimney, and then cut off excess wick that was showing at the chimney base, this stopped all leaking that I had when I just rested the wick at the top of the juice channels, Hope that makes sense ginge7289

Hey just my 2penneths worth...
Ive been running mine now for around a month. At 1st it leaked from around the glass orings. I got my mullgrips and tightened it more. it doesn't leak anymore. Ive run it with dual at .70 ohms and now single coil its still going well. I also use this on top of a praxis but in order to do this you have to close the gap between the hybrid thread using a small oring it works and doesnt restrict the airflow.
The coils are around 2.5id.

Its best to start off running the wicks into the channels to avoid leaking if you lay it down flat. Try to tapper the wick at the ends by cutting them at an angle, so that its not to tightly packed and doesnt start to choke the juice flow, or you will start to get dry hits.
There is another way that some use for the goblin, and i use on other atty's that have the large channels, but it may not work so well on the mini as the vertical height of the channel is a fair bit less, so is easier to break the vacuum. Its a long video so I try and start it at 27mins in
