Well the link says the on the bad one you can't lock TC coil resistance and that it does not display that resistance so those two thing would be a start.  And a pick of lots of stock with a bit of paper saying 3fVapes in shot.  I am not interested myself, but these are points raised in previous posts.

Plus if you're supplier is saying it's a genuine Yihi Board show the board version on the mod by holding the fire button while screwing on the battery cap.

I cannot see any fiorm of resistance lock? You should be able to set the resistance for temp control by pressing both up and down buttons at the same time, if you cannot set the resistance Temp Control will not work correctly, if at all.

The blog that @ella linked to states that the chip is NOT a genuine Yihi chip.

Yes, but honestly what's the point in paying over $100 for a board that does not work anywhere near as well as the original, the device it's self looks pretty good, but unlike say the Kangxin VF which did actually work( albeit) differently to the Evolv chip, this does not seem to be able to do TC as if you cannot set the resistance as you do with the original it just will not work.

I think it is probably that one which we were possibly going to do a GroupBuy of a few months back. It is not a Yihi supplied board but they were claiming that it came from the same factory that makes the Yihi one and it is claimed to have the same microprocessor. It was all a bit too suspicious and after a lot of emails and message sessions with them we didn`t go ahead. It was $80 at source. There was no video etc available.

Aye my thoughts as well, if I remember it was the same chip, yet programmed differently, therefore no updates etc from Yihi
