trying to coil the goliath ni200 .15 any help plz

hi all 
being trying on and off all day to day to coil this.typical cracked it first time i thought ,then thought ill take it back apart and make some more coils for it ....since then about 7-8 times went wrong everytime either tightened the wire to tight and snapped or thought id done it only to find a coil wire snapped then when sure got it right started reading wrong ohms on mods ! ohm said .15 put it on mod and it doubled it even saying new coil and it being cold ...its currently cooling down after reading .15 on ohm meter then high on mod ..reduced it down to .22 as low as it would let me then reduced the temp down to 320 ..and it was kicking it out ...but its wrong !!! in my head .... so its cooling down to see what it  reads this time thought it might be because its dual coil but should still read same as meter ?
using 32g ni200 12 -13 wraps ....looked at steam engine it reckons on 10-11 wraps which is what i did first time but that takes it down to .12....mind u at least it worked,its wicking right the coils look good and centered dont really know what im doing wrong ..apart from trying to coil it rather than use premade coils lol any ideas ?

LOL guess what reading .16 and bloody working now lol !!

sounds like its suffering from 'guillotine' screws. check the ends of the screws and and if if the edges look sharp file them or swap of better screw from spares bag.
Ive not coil my Goliath for a while but if has the screws that go past the bottom of the hole. you could try putting a small piece of thick kanthal in the hole and run the Ni over the top so they dont get dragged into the screw hole when you tighten it up.
that could be the reason for the wrong reading as well.
