It was indeed a fantastic evening. Thoroughly enjoyed it and especially our talking to our fellow denizens (inc the glorious SpikeyFridge). Had some great conversations with almost all the AAEC folks (I'm sorry, dagl, that you and I didn't get to talk at length - Next time).
Kudos and thanks to Sam and ?Laura? for serving, and to lairey , Martin and Gemma for hosting in their wonderful vanillavapes
We (myself and babs) left about 2330 and I've no idea when everyone else called it a night.
Oh - part of the drive home competed with the fogginess indoors, but lost.

What a great night! Thank you everyone for coming and helping to make our first vape meet in the new shop such a success, it was fantastic to see you all. I didn't take many pics, but here are a few...

Just for babs... I considered posting this in Members only so that Spikey Fridge would have to re-join to get it, but she did promise Babs last night that she'd come back, so

Ricciarelli Biscuits
Ingredients:
250g Ground Almonds
250g Icing Sugar + extra
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Essence
2 large egg whites.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 180c/Fan 160c
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and the vanilla together
In a second bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks
Gently fold the egg whites into the other ingredients
Roll the dough into walnut size balls
Roll in icing sugar
Place the balls on a baking tray. Flatten and pinch between both thumbs and forefingers to make rough diamond shapes
Bake for 10-15 mins
Allow to cool before removing from tray

Wow thanks lairey I will get the ingredients tomorrow it will be something nice to do with Jemima when she comes after school Tuesday. It was so nice to see you all yesterday and such a laugh. Thank you so much for organising it and of course thanks to tomj777 for the taxi service. I can't remember when I had such a nice evening spikey fridge is so funny in a very nice way. she will be back soon.

I was in my local when I read that ^^ Ross tho' tbf with four of us round the table vaping it was more like a mini meet!
