Hi Does anyone have experience with 3fvape's customer service? I've just picked up my second SXK nebula from the post office and the temp control is awful, nothing like my original so I'm pretty sure the new one isn't working properly. The problem is 3fvape are in China and I'm expecting them to ask for me to return it so they can test it!

Sure you have this covered, but sometimes i need to unscrew/and rescrew in the atty to get a good ohms reading on the mod, if you vape with a badly read coil it could easily effect the Temp control as its derived temps will be out by the original error..

Yeah I spent about an hour messing about with it, new coil, screw, unscrew, check ohms etc, the build works fine on my origin nebula but the TC is just awful on the new one, so bad in fact I've gone back to my original even with its broken screen as the new one is that bad!

if you can capture on video 2 mods side by side,fully charged, and set the same and one producing significantly less vapour than the other, you may well negate the need to send it back, post here also and Tag @ella in my limited experience the respected vendors in here do respond positivly to genuine faults.

I have no idea how to send a video on here! I'll see if I can get them working together but the original devise has a broken screen so you can't see any of the information on it!

to share a video, shoot it and the use a free online cloud storage service like utube, flickr photobucket etc to host the video (each has its own way to generate a link for sharing well documented in faq or getting started help, tho it will probably be an obvious link/function ) and use the insert video button between the Add pic and add user buttons in the message editor

csmith10 I am confused, in the video, the screen of the second one is broken and first one is ok. so have a check please and email with the link to our customer service please. You have to make it clear in your video which can help to solve the issue faster.

Yes the first one in the video the new devise which I purchased to replace the one with the broken screen. If you listen to the video you can here me say the first one is the "new nebula" and the second is "my old nebula". I've emailed your customer services and I'm still waiting for a reply.
