Decent box for around £25

So my VS DNA30 battery is on its way out and I'm in two minds as to replace the battery or get a new Mod?

If I get a new Mod then it has to be around the same size and the only box I can think of around that price and size is the Clouper mini, which has very mixed reviews (I know the newer ones seem to be better)

Can anyone suggest any others in that size and price range? 30w is fine and no need for TC?

ginge7289...the Clouper mini really is a fantastic wee mod...I love it!

I do take the battery out for charging...just my preference.

Mini Cloupor is under £20 from FT. They sold a version (gold) with updated firmware (well, it got rid of the 0.8 second delay) and I have to say it is easily the best mod I currently own.

I have only ever charged the battery out of the mod; but in the interests of science have just plugged it in "direct".

For the money, I feel it's already paid for itself.

I loved the cloupor mini, so much so I bought 2 and have had no issues with either (always charged batteries separately)

Tho my latest loves are the IPVD2 and the Koopor mini.....

vs batteries are only £1.80 from hobby king.
postage is a fiver tho.
cloupor mini, mini VT or IPVD2
however Im waiting on the new cloupor mini plus cos its got a sprung 510.

I have a spear new lipo battery for the DNA30.  If you want it, it's yours ginge7289.  Just PM me your address.

VapingBad changed the battery in mine at the Prestleigh meet last week.  If you can use a soldering iron, or know someone who can, it's not a difficult or long job.

The Cloupor hasn't really got mixed reviews. Most of them are very positive. A bit of hysteria floating about last year, mostly from people who had never seen one, which seems to have died down.
Just as an aside, a vendor friend of mine has had quite a few ipv d2's returned recently. Seems to be a badly fitted 510 causing resistance to bob about.
For less than £20 delivered, the cloupor is a massive bargain.

It seems there is a lot of love for them, I do like the look of them. I have never had the opportunity to play with one though. But as you say, for 20 sheets it would be worth a punt.
