So after an extaordinary amount of time waiting for the box mod to turn up, i dont trust it
The sled is marked up in serial, the box is marked up as paralel
tried it paralel, nothing tried it in series it starts auto firing tried 1 battery upside down as id read somewhere the=+and - had been put on incorrectly and it autofired
stupid of me messing with batteries i know
is there anyone on here that would fit safe internals for me, not overly fussed how much it costs to do
would just like it safe
Thanks

sounds Lethal!! can u post a pic or 2 of the thing, I would contact the seller too, photographic/video evidence of failure can be enough proof for refund full or partial with some far east sellers??
you may find a pic or 2 will reveal an easy diy fix??

With nothing connected put a continuity tester or ohm meter on the battery terminals, if each end are connected together it is parallel. But I don't like the sound of the auto firing as it may me a design fault that is not easily fixed EG need to make a new mechanical button or button parts, some pics of the inside would help.

if its the FT 1 its a mosfet switch. If it auto firing its been wired up wrong. EDIT: IIRC from my own experiences of doing mosfets it may be something earthing on the box. Ive done a few plastic wood boxes with no troubles but had a bit of a game with auto firing in an ally box.

Cant really see but wouldve thought the pos terminals would need a jumper between the 2 terminals to start with? as it is there will be 1 battery wired direct to the pos on the 510 missing out the mosfet switch altogether?. But I could be wrong

Comparing to the FT pic looks like they have the outside black wires to the FET the wrong way round as phtumshk suggested, but don't relay on my look at photos.

Have to agree with VapingBad & decoy that the 2 outside wires are the wrong way round. Although having nothing bridging/jumping the 2 pos terminals on the battery sled will be like having 2 seperate circuits. The button side will be wired to the mosfet/switch but not the 510 pos and the other side will be wired direct to the 510 with no switch. So if you put a single battery in the button side it wont work but if you put 1 in the other side it will auto fire.
