and sorry to hijack the goodbye thread but please can you help...

I recommended vape escape to a work friend in August who purchased 2x evod blister packs as a starter kit. She's done really well 8 weeks.... and now one battery has died. I advised her to email you and she has received a reply from a David stating batteries 'only have a certain number of charge cycles, they should be replaced every couple of months... I'm afraid we cant replace the battery.'

Sorry but evods last around 300 charge cycles - I have a couple that are still going after 2 years and certainly longer than 2 months! I'm aware that you probably can't replace the battery but please can you sort this out. I recommended you as a good supplier and to be honest the response she has received has been really poor.

Thanks VE Jason I'll pass this on - this was what I was expecting - return for a refund or replacement as a faulty item. Please can you confirm that you'll refund the return P&P too.

I've seen the bat and gone through the fixes with her - it charges and the switch light comes on but there is no connection to any atomiser or tank. It is definitely a dud.
