Hi VE Jason, sorry to see you go and good luck in the future... and sorry to hijack the goodbye thread but please can you help... I recommended vape escape to a work friend in August who purchased 2x evod blister packs as a starter kit. She's done really well 8 weeks.... and now one battery has died. I advised her to email you and she has received a reply from a David stating batteries 'only have a certain number of charge cycles, they should be replaced every couple of months... I'm afraid we cant replace the battery.' Sorry but evods last around 300 charge cycles - I have a couple that are still going after 2 years and certainly longer than 2 months! I'm aware that you probably can't replace the battery but please can you sort this out. I recommended you as a good supplier and to be honest the response she has received has been really poor. Your friend would need to return the battery with a note of their details and it can then be checked and a refund for the battery can be arranged if its a manufacturers defect C&CI've taken a look at the emails and David did go through the troubleshooting first, which is the usual procedure. Thanks VE Jason I'll pass this on - this was what I was expecting - return for a refund or replacement as a faulty item. Please can you confirm that you'll refund the return P&P too. I've seen the bat and gone through the fixes with her - it charges and the switch light comes on but there is no connection to any atomiser or tank. It is definitely a dud. |

I've only just seen myepack recall thread on the vendors board, thanks Ash. I'm posting this here so more people may see it. The same charger has been sent out in the istick kit from other vendors - Toby I-vapour elixir please can you confirm that you will refund/ replace - this charger was purchased as an 'add on' when buying the istick. Hopefully more vendors will follow myepack lead and issue a recall on the forums if not contact buyers directly.  EUROPA - Consumer Affairs - Unsafe products  |

Thanks I am considering trying a glass one when funds allow !! Spend far more vaping than smoking  Yes I know! Start up costs is my excuse !! It'll hopefully balance out eventually!  I got my protanks from myepack @ £9.99 they're the best price I could find (Mini Protank V2 both fixed and removable drip tip). |

it is but prefer a squeezy needle tip bottle ! So much easier has some cap with a side spout that looks like it is to put in a tank or clearo but too big for an iclear 16 just a thought - I'm vaping this in a protank mini and it really suits the cooler BCC. Perhaps try it in a pyrex/glass tank? the iclear 16 may be too 'warm' for the blend and your tastebuds? The aniseed would make it a tank cracker too and could melt the iclear. I really recommend the protanks for a cooler vape, everything I put in them tastes great! |

glad you like it !! In trying so hard to get to grips with it ! Yeah the jelly was a nice touch but don't like the dropper and what is that plastic weird cap thingy about ?? I got a 5ml sample direct from Simon (T-Max) on UK Vapers so my bottle is different. The bottle on the website looks like a standard glass dropper bottle with pipette? |

Got a sample of this today and absolutely love it! I get some kind of citrus blend, strawberry, very subtle aniseed and possibly a tiny touch of menthol to give it that coolness. It's very well blended. It should be sweet but somehow isn't! I'm definitely getting another bottle. The jelly snake was a nice touch too. On the T-Max website you get 15% off with AAEC discount code. |

These are now out in the US! Has anyone seen any genuine Kanger from UK or EU vendors? Some US sites have the genuine batteries and others obviously clones but the shipping/customs from the US (if available) can be a problem. I've also asked on the 'stock it' board so hopefully one of the recommended vendors will be able to get them..... They look very nice      |

What people also generally don't realise about EU directives is that the UK often pushes them and then over-implements them. The Daily Mail don't tell you that, they'd prefer you to believe it's foreigners telling us which bananas we can sell. It is your responsibility to British industry not to legislate beyond the European agreement.Totally agree with this. EU legislation trumps UK legislation, always. Short of leaving the EU we will be bound by this directive. EU directives set the minimum standards that must be complied with. The UK Government must not over implement this when compiling UK legislation to comply with the directive. |
