Focalecig's site places me in Belgium

Hi Foclecig when I go to your new site it automatically puts me in Belgium and I can't change it. Help please as I'm definitely in UK

Sometimes strange things do happen, my last parcel from Focalecig was showing as despatched from Germany (on 17Track) but it was sent from China

My current order from Focalecig is showing as from Malaysia, 17track appears to take the delivery company ie Netherlands post and just accepts it as coming from that country.

Hi Foclecig site still coming up with the Age Gate thingy giving Belgium and not allowing me to change it. Unfortunately this means I can't purchase anything on site as it assumes delivery options for Belgium.

When I first signed in (after the site update) I was showing USA, I changed it (via the dropdown menu) and I'm always in the UK now.

If that isn't working for you try refreshing your cache

When I first signed in it was showing Belgium and the drop down menu was fixed at same. Cleared cache, cleared cookies and searched registry to no avail.

Yes it's annoying as I don't want to risk a purchase which could go astray, so over too you Foclecig as I've already sent a PM with the details of my IP address. (Personally I blame the bloody stupid legislation coming in on Thursday and there will be a lot more problems on some sites abroad and at home)

Have you tried an alternative browser? that would at least confirm/deny that it's your account that has the problem, another little test would be to open a second account using a different email address, see what happens then

Just tried Chrome & Firefox and I'm still a TinTin (well more a Captain Haddock), and the age gate thing comes up as Belgium before I log in so nothing related to my Email address, but is more to do with it not recognising my IP address (fixed Virgin always on) as UK. Now I'm going to try to confuse it and use my VPN and see what happens.
