Hi isabel22Could you have a look at my order W1605010852401242 which was dispatched with paid for upgraded shipping with British Express (Tracking number JJD0002256681062407). The tracking showed it would be delivered on or before the 05/05/16 but this was changed to unknown and a note there was a delay and the item was still with sender. Thank you

Hi isabel22Thank you for looking at my enquiry. It appears the delay was caused at the courier in the UK and was not any fault of GearBest at all. I have received delivery today (10/05/16) and I am very pleased with the item and also the service at GearBest. As far as the shipping company in the UK is concerned, I will make sure I choose a delivery method next time that avoids them as they are unable to provide accurate up to date information, that has caused confusion for all involved. Once again thank you for providing excellent products at competitive prices, which are also backed up by excellent customer service.

thebishman Yodel site will state still with sender until it's at their national hub at Hatfield. Then will cross trunk overnight to your local depot and dispatch same day by your local courier. Check each morning and and you will see if delivery is due that day. Ive had items from GearBest and British Express/Yodel in 5 days door to door, not too shabby as I have had items take 5 days from Warrington UK to Herne Bay UK take the same time!
