If you didn't received it. I think you should contact to the local post office. Hope it helps you.

Hi isabel22, You'll recall that I placed my order for a Youde Goblin on the 23rd March and payment was taken by Paypal immediately, then a few days later your website changed to show it was out of stock but available for pre-order. After I moaned to you about it, my order changed to show that it would be available from the 10th April. On the 9th April the website was updated to show the Goblin was now available to ship within 3-5 days but my order is still showing "Processing" and I've been informed by Pearl that "I am sorry to tell you that the item you ordered is not available due to high demand." If that is true then why are you still offering it for sale? Could you please try to figure out what is going on? Order No. WW1503230623394012 Account: gearbest@ceedee.co.uk

isabel22 I ordered a Youde Goblin on the 18 of March and was shipped out on the 19 of March.
I have yet to receive this item, and when I enter the tracking number NL14267533341524 it states that this number does not exist.

Hi isabel22 I have 2 orders that are still "processing" after nearly 2 weeks and all the items were "Ships within 3-5 business days" the order numbers are W1504020324303932 2nd April & W1504021941220633 3rd April would you please see what the delay is, I don't mind if they are shipped in one package if you prefer to save postage.
