Order history.
1# Shipped fine no issues 2# Shipped late had to contact customer service, claimed it was an oversight 3# Cancelled by Gearbest 4# Cancelled by Gearbest 5# Cancelled by Gearbest 6# Shipped late had to contact customer service, not in stock. 7# Shipped fine 8# Shipped late again 9# Cancelled by me after contacting customer service when it was late and discovering they didn't actually have the item in stock 10# Still in processing after contacting customer service because yet again did not ship on time, again told item not in stock will have to wait another 5-10 business days for stock to arrive with them.
Note each and every time i have been told by customer service that the item isn't in stock it still remained up on the site as in stock even though they clearly know it isn't. Ineptitude is one thing but dishonesty is another matter entirely.

In my experience (around 8 orders) they are either VERY good, or VERY bad, doesn't seem to be much inbetween, BUT they have improved dramatically of late

I have only started using Gearbest having always used FT and I have to say that I am impressed so far. 1st order: from EU warehouse was ordered and delivered in 2 days. 2nd order: ordered 24th Sept from China and out for delivery by royal mail this morning. 3rd order: placed on Sunday from EU warehouse and dispatched last night ( Tuesday) so expected tomorrow. A big thumbs up from me isabel22

I've ordered tons.......and the only problem I've had is a slight delay on my current order of batteries. Luck of the draw I guess. I'm the same with batteries, got 4 in to tide me over and now seriously thinking its wise to look again for some more closer to home

I have had a full refund for my batteries, so they were quick to get my money back fortunately, I just wish that they had up to date despatch info on their site. They could learn a lot from their Gearbest EU site, sent for my second TVF4 on Sunday night and it has been delivered this morning (Wednesday) For the Samsung 25R from the GB China site said 5 days to despatch on Sunday then it changed to 20th October after I had ordered. Isabel said they expect delivery after "The Golden Week" which runs through from October 1st to October 7th, so by the time they are received and then despatched could be anyone's guess. So they were never going to be despatched 5 days from the Sunday All I ask is to quote up to date information on the site rather than the misleading information that seems to be quoted so often, then I can decide if I wish to order elsewhere. Well, I now have my money back so my rant is over.

Latest shenanigans.
Placed order on 20th September for a Phenom clone listed as shipping in 3-5 days, did not ship on time.
Opened ticket on the 8th October got reply on the 9th saying item wasn't in stock and will be back in stock in 5-10 days and will be sent out same day it arrives in stock, item remained listed as in stock on website.
Didn't ship again.
Sent ticket again asking where item was on 18th October, no reply to ticket.
Sent PM to Isabel on 20th October no reply.
Sent further PM and ticket message on 22nd October.
Reply today from Isabel item is discontinued.

1# Shipped fine no issues from China - under 50 pounds - took 6 days - I was very impressed as it was my first order! 2# Shipped fine from EU but took 5 days - Under 50 pounds 3# Cancelled by Gearbest and refunded - From china over 100 Pounds
I asked which items were in stock out of the ones i ordered and they just went ahead with the refund. it seems my second Evic mini and the Melo 2 were out of stock.
Am very dissapointed!!!!
As with the OP - customer service tell the item isn't in stock it still remained up on the site as in stock even though they clearly know it isn't.

Think Q has nailed it. They are either all right or all shite. Ordered a Cloupor Z4 on Sunday from the EU warehouse and it arrived on Wednesday morning. But from the China department I think I've only received one order, the rest were either cancelled by GB or myself.

Received phone message today from DHL saying I had to pay £4:32 tax duty will not be using China site again. its an unfortunate circumstance that means customs declaration forms seem to get filled in with more accuracy when you pay the extra for a courier delivery. generally with the free postage option the goods are declared as 'parts' or in the case of most of my orders 'filters'.. I too got bitten by that gotcha.. now i accept the slow circa 2 week delivery option offered for free and attempt patience that with buying items singularly and not in larger group purchases to avoid deliveries being held up by a single item awaiting restocking, the far east option is less fraught, and can be a useful cheap resource..

phatfil My trouble is I buy it and want it ASAP I have no patience Just wish they would state on website whether items are in stock or awaiting stock. I will order again from EU site but not China not much hassle with stock levels etc etc..
