Thanks for the help & replies....he's decided to take bones3's offer & go for the eleaf 40w TC.......although something tells me he'll never use the TC on it !....lol

Good choice, even if he does not use TC.

Tell him to get a silicone sleeve for it to keep it pretty.

It came with one DiscoDes ;-)  plus as an extra bonus, bones3 said he's got more skins on their way that he ordered from FT & he's going to send them on too !!!
Im quite liking it myself....really nice & dainty size.....pity its not mine.....although he hasnt paid for it yet !.....lol

Ok after dropping it off to him tonight it looks like he is interested in using the TC feature, but he only has the ego style cartomizer's, does anyone know if you can buy ni200 coils for them or will he have to get a different type of atty ??
It has to be something with pre-made coils as he definitely isnt interested in building his own.....perhaps I should start a new thread!

You can get pre made ni200 coil heads but not for those
A new tank. Set up would be in order if he choses to go down the temp control road

Get a Ego One Mega, they are cheap and some CLR heads then you can put Nickle or Kanthal coils in it. Flavour is very good.

I dont think he'll go for that one DiscoDes.....Its huge !...Its taken me nearly a year to convince him he needs something bigger & better than the ego spinner he had !
I say huge, to me its a normal sized atty, but isnt it going to look a bit weird on the little eleaf ??
Plus the only coils ive found for it are 1.0 & 0.5ohms......he's not into the subohm thing.....can you get higher ohm coils ?
Im trying to find the smallest tank possible for now that will take both kanthal & nickle coils....break him in gently & I'll get him on a bigger tank later (and that'll prob take another year!)

Due to my dead isticks, I ordered a new 40 TC model (no interest in TC) from china so bit of a wait, then my backup MVP went no, so back to second backup Vamo V2, no good, sugar I thought must be the batteries, searching through gear for new ones found 4 X 18350's 2 X 18650's and a brand new Vamo V5, so keep making those cheap impulse buys, one day it pays off lol.
