Batteries from china

Hi Guys

I'm about to put in an order from Gearbest which includes 4 li-ion batteries along with a tank, mod and battery charger.

Would like to know if any of you have had problems with battery delivery, or would I be better off leaving the batteries off my order and getting them here in UK.

Post up a link for the batteries cruella666 as someone may have bought them already and can advise.

I'd say always buy batteries from the UK unless one of the folk on here who know their battery stuff post a specific link, there are so many dodgy batteries about please be careful when ordering

I've never bought anything from Gearbest but I'm sure someone will be along soon to advise if those batteries are genuine or not cruella666

Gearbest claim they are authentic samsungs in the Q/A.. and they are cheaper than the Fastech ones which have been 'approved' by the resident guru's in here www.fasttech.com/products/1420/10002357/2706600.

fwiw i have some FT sourced ones and have had no probs tho they have seen only a couple of recharge cycles..

whichever you get be prepared for a long wait, due to postage restrictions only a few carriers can ship batteries iirc FT used swis post whict took over 3 weeks to arrive..  ** edit so if u buy from china put the batteries in a seperate order on their own..

im sure VapingBad or someone may pop in with more authority than me and perhaps suggest some UK suppliers if you need em pdq..

Seriously i would never trust ordering my batteries from china
I always get my batteries from torchy the battery boy or eccolux
both on ebay and both highly trusted.

Thanks for advice phatfil have put batteries in favourites for time being and just bought the other things so hopefully won't have too long a wait

I have never got batteries from GB, but have had 4 VTC4s from FT, 4 VTC4s form Focal, 2 VTC4s from Ecolux & 20 25Rs form FT and they are all genuine as far as I can tell.

Got a dozen samsung 25's from China, they're fine.
Just stick them in an order by themselves otherwise they'll hold up shipping on the other items.

You should know with a lot of DNAs they are very consistent in when they reject batteries by the under load voltage and show up poor batteries well.
