Kraken build help wanted

Hi all, I would like to get the best out of my Kraken and have bought some 500 mesh and would like some links to posts, tutorials etc. as it will be my first attempt with mesh and would like to avoid daft mistakes etc. TIA

Bugger, will need to buy some cable.

You can do the same without the cable, roll 3 layers of mesh for the wick. I prefer using cable you get almost no break in time, better wicking and flavour IMO.

That is one piece of mesh rolled in a tube so it is 3 or more layers thick when done.

Cheers VapingBad I'll give that a go, though I suppose the mesh will have to reach down to the bottom of the tank and up to the centre post. Still, where's the best place for buying cable.

My Kraken's also on Rope & Ribbon but Mesh & Kanthal will work just as good imo. My 1st goes were wire & mesh; I only bought the R&R when the Origens arrived!
