Put my order in and the order came 5 days later, now I'm used to waiting for orders from buying online and some times things happen and things get delayed a lot longer than five days so no problem to me but when it came there was a little note apologising for the delay and twenty free mls of one of the juices I had ordered - Happy days!
They said the probs came from new software and online orders coming in in a new way.
To me shit happens to us all and that said I had no prob with understanding there hickup and a note would of done fine but they went a step further and dropped a lil prezy too!
Great customer service!
Now the only prob is I love there juices that much I need to drop my nic level as I want to do it all day but don't like the headache lol
