Depends upon the flavours irrespective of the brands I find anyway flavourtank . . . . I'd think a week or two for your Banana Split and probably 4-7 days for the Cola.
Most flavours are nicer if you leave them for a little while.

Most flavours are nicer if you leave them for a little while. thank you, I will try and leave them but the banana split smells like the foamy bananas and I have a addiction to them, and cherry cola is just like the old cola bottle sweets

Try them, they might be to your tastes sooner flavourtank . . . . if they're not, then leave for a bit longer.
No hard and fast really, though 48 hours at least would be a minimum I'd suggest.

. . . . they won't have had much blending time then, but you don't know until you try.

You will still get a good idea of the flavour with the banana one, if you tasted it straight away.... The banana will most likely taste raw (hard edges between flavours, nic, PG, VG etc).
The cherry a bit harder to judge, it takes time to develop depth of flavour. it can taste bland in early life.

The amount you mixed could be on the high side percentage wise, heres a handy spreedsheet i duscovered on a site somewhere. link
