Never forget those who you owe everything to

In our busy lives we get too caught up in work, in our husbands/wives and kids.  We all too easily forget our parents, and to repay the love and kindness they have shown us. 

As son as you can, give mum and dad a call, tell them you love them, visit them and share a hug like you used to when you were a child.

And take a kraken and nemesis for them if they smoke!!
