Chef's Vapour are excellent, a massive range, or there's Vapable who also stock a good range. For PG and VG someone like Lubrisolve on eBay are very competitive and have good delivery times, and for Nicotine, I use Darkstar whose nic base has a good reputation. With all of the above, the larger quantities you can afford to buy in, the cheaper the price. Chef's do bulk buys and I'm sure there are other vendors who offer this - wait for a fluffy of replies from the cognoscenti!
